Autel Energy opens innovation center for product integrations

EV

United States. Autel Energy announced the opening of the Autel Energy Innovation Center, its new research and development campus.

There, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and strategic business partners can test the integration of third-party products with Autel Energy's hardware and software to ensure high standards of performance and quality before entering the market, the company said.

The two-story, 9,424-square-foot facility in Anaheim, California, aims to revolutionize the way new products are brought to market in terms of speed, efficiency and quality control.

"The Autel Energy Innovation Center represents our commitment to the success of our partners, as well as the success of the electric vehicle industry in the U.S. and abroad," said Frank Li, president of Autel Intelligent Technology Corp., the parent company of Autel Energy.

"We are very proud of the effort our team has made to realize our grand vision and look forward to the Innovation Center serving as a treasured part of our West Coast operations."

The Innovation Center will be launched under the direction of Shane Long, Chief Technology Officer of Autel Energy. Long will shape the center's vision to meet the demands of the U.S. renewable energy industry.

The center will provide a space for activities including testing of product and vehicle integrations, as well as shedding light on the performance, feasibility, and scalability of products in development.

Plans for the site also include an executive briefing center to showcase Autel's products and technology platforms and a training center to introduce technical support engineers to the latest product features.

"I'm excited to invite our partners to visit us here in Anaheim," Long said.

"In addition to the latest product features, they will be able to learn about installations, service, safety and preventive maintenance of Autel Energy's hardware and software. Our goal is to create a seamless transition from initial onboarding throughout the lifecycle of our products."
