Vipar Heavy Duty Announces Expansion Plans in Latin America

Latin America. With more than 100 locations and 15 years of serving the parts and service needs of commercial vehicle owners throughout Mexico, Vipar Heavy Duty announced plans to significantly expand its operations and network in Latin America.

"Vipar Heavy Duty is focused on growing our business in Mexico, Central America and Colombia. Plans are underway for existing dealers to open new locations," said Chris Baer, President and CEO of VIPAR Heavy Duty. "We are proud to have the strongest and most progressive network of independent aftermarket distributors in all of America.

"We will also strategically add new shareholders and new suppliers to better serve Latin American markets. This is an opportunity for growth for all participants," he said.

To execute its strategic growth initiatives, Vipar Heavy Duty recently announced that Cinthya Rivera has joined its team as Director of Business Development for Latin America.

Rivera has nearly a decade of sales and market development experience for the Latin American commercial vehicle industry and is based in Puebla de Zaragoza, in the south-central state of Puebla.

"Our success in Mexico continues to grow by delivering more and more value to Vipar Heavy Duty's shareholders, supplier partners and end customers," said Jim Pennig, Vice President of Business Development for the Vipar Heavy Duty family of companies.
