United States. REV Group, a manufacturer of specialty vehicles and aftermarket-related parts, announced that global business executive and director of the board of directors, Maureen O'Connell, has been appointed to an independent member of its board of directors, effective August 25, 2023.
O'Connell succeeds Justin Fish, who stepped down after seven years as a board director. He will also serve on the Nominating and Governance Committee.
O'Connell's career spans 30 years of progressive financial and operations management experience at several global public companies.
"On behalf of the board of directors, I want to thank Justin for his valuable contributions to the REV Group over the past seven years," said Paul Bamatter, Chairman of the REV Group Board of Directors.
"We are delighted to announce Maureen's election to the board of directors. She is a seasoned business leader with experience in finance, operations and oversight of boards of companies across multiple industries," Bamatter said.
"Maureen's diversity of experiences will help expand the skills of the current board of directors and will be invaluable to REV Group as it continues to execute its vision."
