Automotive Parts Associates Welcomes Two New Shareholders

Partner

United States. Automotive Parts Associates ( APA) is pleased to welcome two new shareholders to the APA family: Ober Automotive Warehouse and Northside Imports.

Ober Automotive Warehouse in Greensboro, Maryland, was founded in 1960 by the Ober couple, a family-owned company that ran for 62 years. Roland Karbaum bought the business, located in an old-school building, in June 2022.

When asked why Ober Automotive Warehouse chose to join APA, the answer was simple: APA is the best choice. Being a small business, it just made sense financially.

"We are proud that Ober Automotive Warehouse LLC has chosen APA as its partner for the future," said APA President Steve Tucker.

"Roland and his team have big plans for this business, including moving to a larger facility, so I'm excited that they chose APA to help them in their plans. Growing together is not just a slogan for us, that's why we're here."

Northside Imports was established on June 20, 1986 by the founding owner, David Jalili. With ten warehouses located in North America, Northside Imports is the leading European importer and distributor of auto parts in the country.

When asked why Northside Imports chose to join APA, Brian Saravelas, purchasing/product manager for Northside Imports, said, "Steve is highly respected, down-to-earth, and APA Group is a family-oriented business-style group."

"APA is pleased to have Northside Imports Inc. join APA as our new shareholder," added Tucker. "Growing together is not just a slogan for us, that's why we're here," he added.
