United States. VIPAR Heavy Duty announced the addition of two new members to its Board of Directors, who will participate in its first meeting of 2025 next week in Monterrey, Mexico.

Ryan Bugai, president of Northwest Drive Train, and Adam Sadler, vice president of Sales and Marketing at Sadler Power Train, will begin a four-year term after being elected last October.

His arrival coincides with a key stage for the company, which seeks to consolidate its expansion in Latin America, promote technological innovations, launch a new training platform and strengthen its network of distributors and suppliers.

Chris Baer, president and CEO of VIPAR Heavy Duty, highlighted that the selection of new members focused on technology as a strategic priority. "Ryan and Adam are next-generation leaders with an innovative vision. Their experience will be key to developing new applications and improving our technological solutions," he said.

Ryan Bugai leads Northwest Drive Train, a key supplier of parts for heavy-duty trucks and trailers in Texas, with a presence in five locations. He joined the family business in 2019 in the area of sales and marketing and assumed the presidency in 2023. His expertise in hydraulic systems and telematics has been recognized in the industry, being distinguished with the "GenNext 4 Under 40" award by the CVSN.

Adam Sadler is Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Sadler Power Train, which has evolved since 1956 to become a benchmark in transmission, brake, hydraulics and electrical solutions. With more than 15 years in the company, he has led its digital transformation and product expansion.

Bill Nolan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of VIPAR Heavy Duty, underlined the relevance of these appointments: "Ryan and Adam are forward-thinking leaders and will be a great addition to strengthen our growth strategy."
