United States. Freudenberg NOK Sealing Technologies, which manages Freudenberg Sealing Technologies' operations in the Americas, announced the acquisition of Seal Aftermarket Products (SAP), LLC, along with Toledo Trans-Kit and Toledo Driveline.
As part of this transaction, SAP will be integrated into the Corteco division of Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, strengthening the TransTec brand product line. This integration will allow Freudenberg to expand its offering in the aftermarket, benefiting both the company and its customers with a greater variety and availability of specialized sealing products.
With this acquisition, Freudenberg reaffirms its commitment to expansion in the automotive aftermarket in the Americas, positioning itself as a provider of high-quality solutions for the transmission sector and other service areas.
