Hyundai Mexico and CS Shell & Quaker State renew partnership

Mexico. Hyundai Motor de Mexico and CS Shell & Quaker State strengthen their strategic alliance through the renewal of their A Brilliant Partnership.

In this way, both companies consolidate a three-year collaboration focused on the use of lubricants and functional fluids, promoting the reduction of carbon emissions in all their products, services and operations.

With this agreement, CS Shell & Quaker State will continue to serve as the exclusive lubricant supplier to Hyundai in Mexico. This strategic collaboration aims to innovate and stand out in the automotive market.

Under this agreement, every Hyundai vehicle will be equipped with Shell Helix, a synthetic lubricant designed to provide superior engine benefits, including performance and efficiency improvements, as well as exceptional protection and cleanliness, ensuring the optimal operation of Hyundai vehicles.

This agreement reflects the joint dedication to driving innovation and sustainability in the automotive industry. As a result of this alliance, we reaffirm the goal that our vehicles are equipped with the latest in lubricant technology," said Edgar Carranza, CEO of Hyundai Motor de Mexico.

For his part, Ricardo Ibarra, chief executive officer of CS Shell & Quaker State Mexico, said: "This agreement seeks to provide each Hyundai vehicle with the best technology of Shell Helix Premium lubricants, with the aim of evolving the mobility sector in Mexico, taking as a boost the positioning and infrastructure of both companies."
