Latin America. Until January 28, the call is open for professionals from mechanical workshops in Latin America, the Caribbean and South Florida to apply for the CALA Awards, whose awards will take place at AutoAméricas.

The CALA Awards are looking for passionate workshops and mechanics who have made a difference. What makes your workshop unique? What makes your workshop exceptional?
The CALA AWARDS organization stated: “We are interested in knowing the stories behind the workshops that stand out. What makes your workshop exceptional? What are your most notable achievements in the established categories? The applications are simple, but the stories you tell can be inspiring.”

Detailed evaluation by experts
A panel of judges who are experts in industry, sustainability, marketing and employee training have been recruited. They are ready to review and evaluate each nomination thoroughly. The methodology is based on rigorous criteria that guarantee a fair and accurate evaluation.

The judges will evaluate how to improve your facilities, what technology to use and what brands of machinery you use. The ecological practices implemented and the results obtained will be observed, measured through the management and proper use of resources, best repair practices, energy savings and excellence in waste management.

Marketing for promotion
The effectiveness of your marketing strategies will be analyzed in terms of customer growth, brand awareness and online engagement. We focus on tangible results such as increased website traffic and ROI of the marketing project.

Training of technicians and employees

The periodicity of training, the evaluation of technical skills and the creation of facilities with training rooms will be observed. In addition, the percentage of improvement in productivity and reduction in delivery times will be measured.

Don't miss this unique opportunity! Apply for your workshop before January 28, 2024 and be part of the history of the CALA Awards. Excellence deserves to be recognized: show why your workshop is the best!
