BendPak Announces Development of Industrial Complex in Alabama

BendPak

United States. Global garage equipment manufacturer BendPak announced it is developing a huge light industrial space on 33 acres in Mobile County, Alabama.

According to the company, the BendPak industrial complex will be located a couple of miles from BendPak's newly expanded East Coast campus.
With a commitment to innovation and customer service, BendPak says it is "poised to leverage its new complex to revolutionize the industry and further elevate its market position."

"The growth of our business through the diversification model is opening new doors and business opportunities," said Jeff Kritzer, president and chief executive officer of BendPak.

"This is a strategic move as we anticipate continued growth in our automotive and consumer markets. State-of-the-art facilities will allow us to optimize our supply chain and distribution processes, which will enable faster and more efficient product delivery."

The BendPak Industrial Complex will feature several large, multi-purpose buildings that will provide an optimal environment for lightweight manufacturing and assembly; product development and testing; and comprehensive distribution, marketing and sales support, the company says.

"The strategic layout and design have been meticulously planned to optimize supply chain and distribution initiatives to minimize handling time. With advanced logistics systems, automated processes and efficient order fulfillment capabilities, BendPak will be able to accelerate deliveries to customers."

"This investment reaffirms our commitment to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers," said Don Henthorn, owner and founder of BendPak.

"This new state-of-the-art complex, coupled with the expertise of our team, will enable BendPak to provide end-to-end solutions that not only meet, but exceed customer expectations."

Over the past six years, BendPak says it has been in a construction boom, during which time the privately held company has twice expanded its Santa Paula, California, campus; purchased, built and expanded its East Coast facility near the Port of Mobile, and established a new state-of-the-art global headquarters in Agoura Hills, California.
