United States. Safelite Group, a vehicle glass recalibration and services company and owner of Safelite AutoGlass, announced an agreement to acquire New Angle Glass ' automotive glass assets operating in the Boston, Massachusetts area. The deal closed on May 19, 2023.

According to the companies, the combined businesses will work together to grow a successful, supportive business that offers vehicle glass repair, replacement and recalibration services to Massachusetts customers.
