Colombia. The German multinational Henkel and Cesvi Colombia join forces to promote the continuous improvement of the automotive and repair sector.
As a research center, Cesvi is an important reference in the collision repair segment and, additionally, a strategic ally in the objectives of maximizing vehicle safety and minimizing accidents.
For its part, Henkel offers quality solutions that align with those purposes.
For the sales manager of ACM of Henkel Colombia, Mariano García, 2023 is a year of challenges for the insurance and repair sector, as the shortage of auto parts continues and the skilled workforce is being reduced because they are migrating to other countries.
"For this reason, it is important to place great emphasis on the training of the new generation of automotive technicians and to continue developing product applications for the recovery of parts that generate high repair costs due to collisions," he says.
Among the most important plans between the two companies is the accompaniment to the workshop training program, in addition to equipment testing of relevant products in the repair process.
To this are added training within the seedbed program and active participation in the award of the preferential circle of workshops, which gives recognition to those who meet the best standards of quality and service, both in their work and in their processes.
