"Marmon was the right buyer for our employees, our customers and our suppliers to take AP to the next level and continue the company's mission," said previous owner Vange Proimos.

"AP and Marmon have the same principles: invest in their most valuable asset, their people, while remaining focused on developing category-leading innovations for the customer."
