United States. PHINIA Inc. Dave Illes has been promoted to the position of director of sales, marketing and training for the aftermarket and OES of the Delphi, Delco Remy and Hartridge brands in North America.
In his new role, Illes will be responsible for overseeing his teams' strategies and fostering growth in the region. With more than 30 years of experience in multiple areas of sales and operations in the aftermarket industry, he previously worked at companies such as Standard Motor Products, Inc., Lumileds LLC, and Tenneco Inc.
"We're excited to welcome Dave to the team," said Russ Stebbins, general manager of North American aftermarket. "He comes with a lot of experience and passion for the industry. Dave's ideas and knowledge will be instrumental in propelling the North American team into the future."
