United States. Truck & trailer repair and maintenance service provider Merx Truck & Trailer announced that it recently acquired North Texas Fleet Services, which has been providing truck and trailer maintenance and repair services since 2006.
The company has a team of highly skilled technicians and a state-of-the-art facility, which will be integrated with Merx Truck & Trailer operations, the company says.
Merx Truck & Trailer is a multi-location trucking service organization serving collision services customers and fleets with locations throughout the Midwest. Merx services include diesel engine repair, transmission repair, brake repair, collision work, painting and oil changes.
The acquisition of North Texas Fleet Services aligns with Merx Truck & Trailer's strategy to expand its service offering and geographic reach. With this acquisition, Merx Truck & Trailer now has a strong presence in the Texas region, allowing the company to better serve customers in the area.
