Mexico. Blink provides charging stations to GM dealers in Mexico through the Bosch GM Dealer Equipment Program.
Blink Charging, manufacturer and owner-operator of electric vehicle (EV) charging equipment and services, has announced a collaboration agreement with Bosch as its official supplier of electric vehicle chargers for General Motors dealerships in Mexico to implement the Blink IQ 200 family of charging products and services.
Blink is currently a member of the Bosch GM Dealer Equipment Program, which aims to expand the products offered and improve the profitability of GM's aftermarket services.
This agreement will focus on providing the charging infrastructure GM dealers need as electric vehicle sales continue to grow in Mexico, with potential to expand the program as the electric mobility market advances in Latin America.
The Blink IQ 200 family of chargers includes smart and advanced chargers. These are Level 2 fast chargers, which produce 80 amps of output, provide approximately 65 miles of charge in an hour of charging session, and work on the all-new Blink network, capable of charging any plug-in hybrid or battery-electric vehicle.
The IQ 200 can be deployed in a variety of configurations; from wall mounting, pole and pedestal. The plug-and-play design of the units allows the charger to be easily changed, making it easy to maintain and repair it.
