AAPEX 2023 Announced Best Booth Award Winners

United States. AAPEX presented the fifth annual Best Booth Award to exhibiting companies during a ceremony on Nov. 1 at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas.


Febreze received the Best in Show, 10X10 or Linear award.


Brembo North America received the Best in Show, Peninsula or Island award.

Winners were also announced in the following categories, which this year included a new category for Best Sustainable Stand Design:

Best 10X10 booth: BugSlide, booth A5844. Their stand stood out for its very clean cleanliness and the combination of color with everything that was in the brand. Its slogan, "Don't drive without a slide" was described as memorable, as well as a triptych poster with product information and QR codes pointing to a website to recruit distributors.

Best Linear Booth (200 sq. ft. or more): Febreze, Booth A6524. They had a wide range of sample gifts, very friendly staff, a catchy slogan that said "Don't stink, don't drive" and their entire booth was a very attractive digital wall.

Best Small Peninsula (less than 800 sq. ft.): MEYLE AG, booth A33001. Their booth was clean, fun, and included a remote-controlled car track, real products for attendees to interact with, and descriptive posters with a QR code to learn more about the product. They also had an active booth staff who knew how to explain the game and the products.

Best Large Peninsula (800 sq. ft. or more): Standard Motor Products, Inc., booth A4226. The booth design was bright, colorful, and had a lot of energy. Product exhibitors incorporated technology in interesting ways.

The booth staff was properly staffed and everyone participated with the attendees passing by. The signage was visible from multiple angles and there is an efficient use of space, which overall showed a great look for the brand.

Best Small Island (less than 800 square feet): Dacomsa S.A de C.V., Booth A2031. This booth featured a cool use of lighting, fans that mimicked holograms, and black and blue colors. They had boxes of products on the outer edges of the booth and a centerpiece of a transparent engine with lighting, showing how their products fit into the engine.

Best Large Island (800 sq. ft. or more): Brembo North America, booth A1255. Their booth boasted welcoming, friendly, and engaging staff, as well as bright, energetic colors and products. The video walls showcased promotions for their products and were an excellent visual eye-catcher to attract attendees to their booth.

Best Pavilion: ACMA. They had a bold presentation of their pavilion participants with a general sign above the pavilion that extends with a three-dimensional feel and pleasant lighting. Each pavilion participant also had nice and identifiable posters to show that they are members of the participating Indian associations.

Best Sustainable Stand Design: DC Gaskets, Stand A3254. This booth had an eye-catching centerpiece of a cardboard reproduction of a car, with an illuminated open hood and its actual product inserted inside the hood. All of his furniture was also constructed of cardboard.
