Cesvi awarded Autogermana's 'fast lane' workshop

AutoGermana

Colombia. The express collision service of the headquarters of Calle 127b with Avenida Séptima in Bogotá of Autogermana, official importer in Latin America of BMW cars, MINI Cooper, and BMW Motorrad motorcycles, obtained the Gold distinction for its excellence in service.

"One way to achieve empathy with the client is to make life easier even in the little things. In the case of motorists, a minor blow to the body can be a headache, unless your trusted workshop offers an effective and efficient service, "says the Association of the Automotive Sector and its Parts (Asopartes) in the note published on this recognition.

In this they indicate that this conclusion was reached by the After-Sales Management of Autogermana that, seeing the increasing demand for agility in the solution of this type of arrangements, decided to implement just over a year ago the 'fast lane' service of bodywork and painting.

"For us it is very important that, after a year of putting this point of rapid attention into operation, we have achieved the Gold distinction by Cesvi," said Francisco Jurado, National Service Director of Autogermana.

"While this 'fast lane' is not new in Autogermana, it is the point of Calle 127b with Seventh Avenue that is located more 'at hand' of select BMW and MINI customers," says Asopartes.

The Center for Experimentation and Road Safety in Colombia (Cesvi) awarded this express collision center because "it guarantees its customers an exceptional service", because in less than four hours it can solve those minor damages resulting from carelessness in the parking lot or a loose object on the road.
