USA. REV Group, a manufacturer of specialty vehicles and aftermarket-related parts, announced that Global Business Executive and Chairman of the Board, Maureen O'Connell, has been appointed as an Independent Member of its Board of Directors, effective March 25. August 2023.
O'Connell succeeds Justin Fish, who stepped down after seven years as a director on the board of directors. He will also serve on the Nominating and Governance Committee.
O'Connell's career spans 30 years of progressive financial and operations management experience at various global public companies.
"On behalf of the board of directors, I want to thank Justin for his valuable contributions to the REV Group over the past seven years," said Paul Bamatter, REV Group Chairman of the Board.
