JC Washbish Named CEO of Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance

JC Washbish

United States. After assuming the presidency of the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance in 2024, JC Washbish has been appointed CEO of the organization. The designation went into effect on January 1 of this year.

Alliance Board Chairman and Co-Owner of Hahn Automotive Warehouse Eli N. Futerman said, "We continue to be impressed by JC's leadership, passion and strategic vision. We are fully confident that, as President and CEO, he will continue to guide the Alliance with the same level of excellence."

With this appointment, Washbish becomes the third CEO in the Alliance's history, succeeding his father, John R. Washbish, who led the organization from 2010 to 2024. He also replaces Richard "Dick" Morgan, who was in charge from 1994 to 2009. John R. Washbish will continue his work with the Alliance in his capacity as a strategic advisor.

In his new role, JC Washbish will be responsible for working closely with the Alliance's shareholders and strategic partners to drive business development and strengthen relationships in the industry. In addition, executive teams in key areas such as technology, sales, marketing, category management, and finance will continue to report directly to him.

We are committed to growth, innovation, and expansion, and we will continue to deliver exceptional value to our shareholders, partners, and customers. We have a talented team that stands behind our motto: 'Service is the difference, we get it!'" explained Washbish.

Washbish, who joined the Alliance in 2016 as a sales, marketing and brand manager, has had a remarkable rise within the organization. He was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer in 2017 and Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2019, before assuming the chairmanship. During his tenure, he has played a key role in the Alliance's growth and expansion strategy.

In addition to his professional experience, Washbish holds a Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida, and a bachelor's degree in History from Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio. He is also a graduate of Leadership 2.0 and has obtained AAP certification from the University of the Aftermarket. In recognition of its work, Washbish will be awarded the Northwood University Automotive Aftermarket Education Award in 2024.
