ECD completes its Homecoming Project

United States. ECD Auto Design announces the completion of its newest project: a custom-built electric classic Land Rover Defender 110. This vehicle fuses timeless design with modern technology, offering performance and comfort.

The Homecoming Project takes green to new heights. This classic Defender is covered in Land Rover's Grasmere Green coating and is also green under the hood, powered by ECD's second-generation electric powertrain.

ECD's second EV has three driving modes, including eco, normal and sport, as well as 2WD and 4WD drive selection.

Built-in amenities like fast charging and hill descent assist offer a superior user experience by reducing wait time between charges, while the regenerative braking system helps brake without the driver having to press the brake pedal.

Inside, it features Puma Classic front seats, mid-row seats, and cargo area seating, all wrapped in Garrett Caressa Coffee leather with white diamond stitching. The leather-wrapped Puma dashboard, MOMO Prototype custom steering wheel, and a full suite of custom gauges designed for the specific driver ensure a premium driving experience.

ECD's custom electric Land Rover Defender 110 has modern conveniences like a touch-enabled infotainment system, JL Audio sound system and a suite of advanced features including a digital rearview mirror and blind spot assist.

ECD's custom electric Land Rover Defender 110 will see exciting adventures from its new home in Florida and its second home in Rhode Island. In Florida, you'll tour sunny beaches and the harsh Everglades where your capabilities can be highlighted thanks to its off-road capabilities and electric powertrain.

In Rhode Island, you'll tour the coast, towns, and countryside. The ECD Air Ride air suspension and BF Goodrich All-Terrain tires will provide a comfortable riding experience on any terrain the Homecoming Project encounters.
